Do Successful People Struggle As Well?!!!

Ofcourse! They Are The Same as the rest of us, they are human and we have the same abilitiy to do or even do better then many wealthy people. Micheal Jordan Said, " i have missed more then 9000 shots in my career. I have lost almsot 300 games. on 26 occasions i have been entrusted to take the game winning shot...and missed . And I have failed over and over and over again in my life. AND THAT IS WHY..... I Succeed"

we all fail but it dosent mean we should give up or quit it means we should work twice as hard and focus twice as hard and become twice as much smarter, expirenced, and wealthy, becuase if were not failing that means were not growing .so become the best you can and dont try just do the job and finish it. Best Of Luck to all of you !

Quick Review Of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People By Stephen Covey

I highly Recommend this book to anyone who needs daily motivation. This book has a lot of meaning to it's habits and shows you everyone has the power to change. Stephen Covey Top Selling book and I recommend you make a investment in buying this book. Enjoy!

Number 1Be Proactive. That’s almost self explanatory. It means you are taking the initiative. You are not living reactively, but are taking a proactive stance in your life.

Number 2 Begin with the End in Mind. The End is really your goal or your goals. Effectiveness is not just a matter of reaching a goal but rather of achieving the right goal. Imagine yourself sitting in the back of the room at your funeral, and what people could honestly say about you based on the way you are now. Do you like what you hear? Is that how you want to be remembered? If not, change it.

Number 3Do first things first. This means to focus on your most important priorities, your top priorities. This doesn’t always mean urgent. The phone is ringing, and picking it up might seem urgent, but the caller is not always important. It could be a telemarketer. Focus on your top priorities.

Number 4 "Think Win Win". In personal, business or other relationships, exercise “interpersonal leadership” to make both parties winners. Two wins make everyone better off; two losses hurts everyone. A win/lose relationship creates a victor and leaves someone injured. Think Win Win.

Number 5 - “Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood” Communication is a two-way street. To develop win/win relationships, find out what the other parties want, and what winning means to them. Try to put yourself in the other person’s shoes.

Number 6 - Synergize Cooperation multiplies the power of one. In fact, “creative cooperation” may yield a force greater than the sum of the parts. The buzzword to describe this kind of relationship is “synergy,” which means bringing together a whole that is greater than the sum of the parts.

Number 7 - “Sharpen the Saw” There’s an old story about a man sawing a log. The work is going slowly and the man is exhausted. The more he saws, the less he cuts. A passerby watches for a while and suggests that the man take a break to sharpen the saw. But the man says he can’t stop to sharpen the saw because he is too busy sawing! A dull saw makes the work tiresome, tedious and unproductive. Highly effective people take the time they need to sharpen their tools, which are, in fact, their bodies, souls, mind and hearts. It’s time for “self-renewal.”

What Does It Take To Be A Leader?!

Photobucket

What does it take to be a leader?People always want to know how and what they have to do to change their habits to become the best and lead people as well as inspire them to be Successful. whoever tells you leaders have to be born is pure BS or even if they say" you just know you are" is even more BS."Leaders Aren't Born they’re Made"! (By Vince Lombardi)
The first step to becoming a leader is dedication and determination. If you are willing to give up the things you have now to get the things you want later. You will be one of the most successful leaders in your time. Discipline is a major part of becoming successful. You must discipline yourself every day even if u hate what you’re doing but when you reach your destination there will be no better feeling then what you have accomplished today. All the work you put in will all be worth it. Once you have mastered these three things and you believe you have what it takes. You will be ready for any mission that comes across you in your life and if you fall you pick yourself right back up and persist until you get it right."Defeat is not the worst of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure" (George E. Woodberry)Begin everyday with motivation and strive for whatever it is you want and remember before we can change the world we have to change yourself and that's what a leader is made of!

The Most Superior Quote Of All Time

When the morning seems so sluggish and you feel tired as you sit at your desk when you first walk in, think of the fact that there are only select groups of people that can do what you do and succeed and most importantly, overcome the obstacles that come with the job. Not only that, but the ablility you have to overcome the failures and persist until you get it right!

As your body weakens from the lack of sleep or any other excuse you may have remember that perhaps the most satisfying feeling there is comes from knowing that you gavee verything you had, even if you had to force yourself to be in the mood.

Perhaps the most important goal you should strive for is simply being able to say that you are without a doubt the hardet working guy in the office. When the oppurtunity for screwing around comes it is your clear indication and warning that you should focus even more on your job. If you do this their jocularity will cease and you will learn not to take the easy road. This may seem hard at first, but with the right disclpline you will eventually feed off of other people failures.

Never be satisfied with complacency. If you do not achieve your goals for the day you will never reach the goals that are ahead in June and August. Remember that every little thing you accomplish today will not be felt or noticed until next month.

When in doubt just do it, it dosent matter. Action will always supercede inaction. You must become an instinctive machine that is always ready for the battle. Never go into battle unprepared.

If you become supremely pumped you will have no choice than to continue. That feeling of laziness and sloth must become your worst enemy. You must abhor it at any cost no matter how strong its power may seem your will can conquer it, just remember the rewards awaiting you so soon in the future if you only push and persist for that one time, even if failed, you won a small battle within yourself and you kept moving fowrard.

First Quote and Post of The Blog!

Thank You For Coming By And Looking At My Blog. I made this blog for people who need motivation inside themselves. Everybody needs help in this world. When I was young i had no motivation until i asked for help. There many people who led me to believe in myself and when I look back at what i use to be to where i am now I smile and "Keep Moving Fowrard". I wish everyone success and happiness with whatever they are looking for and whatever their goals are.
